All completed pledges and all pre-orders have been shipped!

With this I can finally end this enormous chapter of my life and continue with the next. Together with my wife we've been spending so much time over the last months; quality checking, packaging, and labeling all your dice. Stacking packages to build pallets for overseas shipping (we finally have some space in our living room again). And countless more hours reading and replying to every comment, e-mail, and post. All in our spare time over many evenings and many, many weekends...

Wondering where YOUR dUltimate dice are?
All completed pledges and all pre-order have been shipped from the Netherlands. This does mean that it is possible that some packages have not yet arrived because they will first go to the US warehouse, or that they haven't arrived due to shipping delays, or that they have never been packaged in the first place due to an incomplete survey or the like.
Do you live in US/Canada and does your pledge/order contain only 1x dUltimate dice?
ANSWER: Your package has already arrived.
Do you live in US/Canada and does your pledge/order contain more than 1x dUltimate dice?
ANSWER: Your package is part of the second batch shipment to the New Jersey warehouse. This batch will arrive there later this month and will be distributed from there likely early January. You should receive DHL tracking e-mails once this happens. Thus; you will NOT receive a tracking e-mail while it is en route to the US. You will receive a tracking e-mail once it gets labeled for fulfillment by the US warehouse staff.
Do you live ANYWHERE else on our precious planet?
ANSWER: Your package has already arrived or, in case of one of the highly-delayed countries, you have already received a tracking e-mail from PostNL.

If you are in one of the other groups and you haven't received either the package OR a tracking e-mail then please send me an e-mail at info@lenpolygon.com with your Kickstarter backer number or Kickstarter e-mail and we can figure it out together. Please note that my response time for the rest of December will be rather slow: it's the Holiday season and I just started a new day-job AND I'm in dire need of some actual spare time,... but once again; no worries ! I WILL get back you as soon as possible!
Next time I'll share some updates on the second batch shipment to the US and perhaps some review statistics and feedback from the dUltimate dice backer survey with all of you!
