Final Call for Questions & Concerns
If you still have any unresolved issues or questions regarding your pledge rewards—whether it’s about missing packages, minor imperfections, or any other concern—please email me at info@lenpolygon.com by March 28, 2025. I’ll be personally responding to every email received between now and then (as well as those I’ve already received) during the final weekend of March.
If I don’t hear from you by March 28, I’ll take that as a sign that everything is in order or that you’re satisfied with your current status. Of course, if circumstances change later on, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Note on Next Steps
I'm actively reviewing all outstanding cases and grouping similar concerns together to ensure that every issue is handled as fairly and efficiently as possible. While the project’s budget is now as good as depleted, please know that I remain fully committed to resolving any outstanding issues. Your responses by March 28 will help me determine the best way to address each case, and I will do everything I can to support you. Thank you for your continued understanding and patience as we work together to close this chapter on a high note.
